Common questions
Are ACRA government fees included in your prices?
Our incorporation packages are all-in: they include the S$315 ACRA fees (S$15 name application and S$300 registration). The company secretary renewal of S$360 a year includes the S$60 ACRA annual return fee. Where a price excludes a government fee, we say so next to the price.
Do you charge GST?
No. AAA Corporate Services is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to any of our fees. The price you see is the price you pay.
What do I need to incorporate a Singapore company?
At least one director who is ordinarily resident in Singapore, at least one shareholder (who can be the same person), a Singapore registered office address, a minimum paid-up capital of S$1, and a company secretary appointed within six months of incorporation.
How long does incorporation take?
Once we have your documents and identity verification, ACRA typically approves straightforward applications within a day. Names that need review by another agency can take longer.
Can foreigners set up a company with you?
Yes. Foreign shareholders are welcome. Because every company needs at least one locally resident director, foreign founders either appoint a resident director or relocate on an eligible pass. Nominee director arrangements are quoted on request, subject to our due diligence.
Can I switch my company secretary to AAA?
Yes. Tell us in writing, and we prepare the board resolution, take over your statutory registers and file the change of company secretary with ACRA.
